LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has signed a contract with DineticQ at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore on Monday evening. Following the initial signing of the MoU with DineticQ, Loughborough on 27 September 2023, the contract marks a significant move towards elevating the performance and well-being of cricketers. The collaboration underscores the commitment to providing world-class facilities to players at Loughborough with a focus on biomechanical aspects of the game, injury recovery and prevention and player development. DineticQ will also present coach education courses integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical coaching and provide accredited courses, contributing to a knowledgeable cricket community to enhance the performance of athletes. The agreement was signed by the Chairman PCB Management Committee Mr Zaka Ashraf. Also, from PCB were COO Salman Naseer, Director – International Cricket Usman Wahla, Director Domestic Nadeem Khan and Senior GM Domestic Junaid Zia. Representation from DineticQ included CEO Mickey Clarke, Co-Founder & Chief Science Officer Prof. Mark King and Ali Ehsan, CEO Socho Cricket, all of whom joined virtually on video call.

Zaka Ashraf said: “We look forward to working together with DineticQ as this presents an exciting opportunity for fostering excellence in Pakistan cricket. We believe that this partnership addresses the immediate needs of our players, setting the stage for a better cricketing future in Pakistan.” Mickey Clarke said: “Working with the PCB is an exhilarating endeavour. We aim to ensure optimal fitness and longevity of the careers of Pakistan’s players by minimising the risk of injury. We thank you for your hospitality as we commence this collaboration.”
